Contract Management:
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including customer agreements, vendor contracts, partnership agreements, and employment contracts.
• Ensure that all contracts are in compliance with legal requirements and aligned with the company’s goals and policies.
Regulatory Compliance:
• Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards pertaining to voice AI technology, data privacy, and intellectual property.
• Develop and implement compliance strategies to ensure the company operates within legal boundaries.
Intellectual Property:
• Manage and protect the company’s intellectual property assets, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
• Conduct IP due diligence for partnerships, acquisitions, and licensing agreements.
Litigation Management:
• Collaborate with external legal counsel when necessary to handle legal disputes and litigation.
• Assist in developing strategies to resolve disputes in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
Data Privacy and Security:
• Advise on data privacy and security matters.
• Work closely with the Data Protection Officer to ensure data protection policies and practices are upheld.
